Oakley Planning & Conservation
    Oakley Planning & Conservation

A chartered Town Planning and Conservation practice based in Wiltshire

Oakley Planning & Conservation provides a comprehensive range of town and country planning and historic building services to clients across southern England.

Our aim is to provide clear and unambiguous planning guidance and support to property professionals, businesses, and individual clients. This can range from advice on the viability of a development proposal, through to the submission of a planning application and, if necessary, an appeal. We can also provide advice on land promotion through the Local Plan, as well as support if things go wrong and enforcement action is threatened.

In addition to guidance on planning related matters we also provide expert advice on historic building conservation. Very often this will be in conjunction with a development proposal, where a thorough understanding of building design and conservation philosophy is crucial to a successful outcome.

Our expertise includes residential development, from larger residential schemes to individual houses on unique sites, through to commercial property and agricultural diversification. We can also provide guidance on planning conditions - in particular occupancy restrictions - with a view to advising whether they are still relevant to their original planning justification.
